All of our properties are located in the heart of the city with enviable amenities, stunning modern designs, and exceptional service – so you can focus on finding the place for you. And once you’ve moved in, we’re always just a chat away.
We moved in and started renting our 3 bedroom apartment at one port street when it first opened. The whole process was smooth and easy. The building is lovely and the amenities are a high standard with the gym and swimming pool… The best thing about one port street are the staff… As renters the building management is important to us and Nelly and her team are 10 out 10 for service, they always go above and beyond to help and make sure we are comfortable . They truly make this building feel like home.
I looked everywhere. I wanted the perfect place – somewhere peaceful, a place where I could work and just feel relaxed. I went to view a lot of places, but when I came here it just blew me over. The first thing I noticed was how welcoming people were. As soon as I walked in, someone came over straight away, ‘Hi how can I help you’, so it felt good. Then I looked at the area and I just thought ‘yes it’s perfect for me’. It was somewhere I felt comfortable, so I picked Affinity.
As an international student, I found the booking process with Uhaus to be excellent and incredibly supportive, even though I haven’t moved in yet. The team made the experience seamless and welcoming, which is a big deal when you’re navigating housing from abroad… A huge thank you to Hannah, who was an absolute rockstar! Her dedication and quick responses ensured everything was sorted, and I signed the tenancy agreement without a hitch. Her support was a game-changer!
